Mrs. Wushishi is a believer of sound Corporate Governance. She found Lawmatics Consult Ltd, in recognition of the growing emphasis in Corporate Governance and the need for businesses to be sustained and be profitable. She holds a Masters of Business and Commercial Law (MBCL) and Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Bayero University Kano. She possesses a BL from the Nigerian Law School (Bwari, Abuja), and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Policy and Administration.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration, Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management Nigeria and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria. She is also a CMD Accredited Trainer. Mrs. Wushishi worked with Unitykapital Assurance Plc as Company Secretary/Legal Advisor/ Chief compliance Officer and Supervisor, Enterprise Risk management before she started Lawmatics Consult Ltd.

She also served on the Board of Health Care Securities Ltd and is currently serving on other Boards. She has attended numerous training programs, courses and seminars both local and international.

NGOZI IKERIONWU

Miss Ikerionwu holds an LLB from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and a BL from the council of Legal Education, Lagos. She also possesses a diploma in insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and a member of Nigerian Bar Association.

She worked with Unitykapital Assurance Plc before joining Lawmatics Consult Ltd as partner.

USMAN JIBRIL

Usman Jibril is a systems analyst and an independent researcher. He has been writing professionally since 2013. He is an editor for academia.edu and worked as a research assistant in 2014, and also as a network administrator in 2015. Interests also include MIS, computer networks and data analytics.

He is currently the Head, IT and Research at Lawmatics Consult Ltd. He is a Mathematics major and received his Management Information Systems degree cum laude from Cyprus International University, Nicosia in 2014.

Femi is a graduate of Public Administration specializing in Local Governance and has Master in Personnel Psychology (UNAD)). He is a Chartered Management Practitioner and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management,(CIPM) Nigerian Institute of Management(NIM) Nigeria Institute of Training & Development.(NITAD), He is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria.

Femi is a recognised leader in management and implementation of project governance for organization, as well as in their growth and development. He is a strategist, project governance & management and governance specialist with a holistic approach to business. Femi is also a published author, mentor and a director of a number of private companies.

Currently he is the Registrar/Ceo, association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria. He has over 29 years of specialist experience in Insurance, project management, Femi is IFC Certified Corporate Governance Board Leadership Trainer, South Africa and CMD Accredited Trainer and Project Governance Professional.
