Managing Partner

Mrs. Wushishi is a believer of sound Corporate Governance. She found Lawmatics Consult Ltd. in recognition of the growing emphasis in Corporate Governance and the need for businesses to be sustained and be profitable.

She holds a Masters of Business and Commercial Law (MBCL) and Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Bayero University Kano. She possesses a BL from the Nigerian Law School (Bwari, Abuja), and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Policy and Administration.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration, Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management Nigeria and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria.

She is also a CMD Accredited Trainer. Mrs. Wushishi worked with Unitykapital Assurance Plc as Company Secretary/Legal Advisor/Chief Compliance Officer and Supervisor, Enterprise Risk Management before she started Lawmatics Consult Ltd.

She also served on the Board of Health Care Securities Ltd and is currently serving on other Boards. She has attended numerous training programs, courses and seminars both local and international.

Olufemi Mosaku-Johnson

Registrar/CEO, Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria

Associate

Femi is a graduate of Public Administration specializing in Local Governance and has a Master’s in Personnel Psychology (UNAD). He is a Chartered Management Practitioner and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Nigeria Institute of Training & Development (NITAD). He is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria.

Femi is a recognised leader in management and implementation of project governance for organizations, as well as in their growth and development.

He is a strategist, project governance & management and governance specialist with a holistic approach to business. Femi is also a published author, mentor and a director of a number of private companies.

Currently, he is the Registrar/CEO, Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria. He has over 29 years of specialist experience in Insurance and project management.

Femi is IFC Certified Corporate Governance Board Leadership Trainer, South Africa and CMD Accredited

Mary Adaghe Okhale

ASSOCIATE

Mary Adaghe Okhale is a Nigerian and hails from Esan Central Edo State, was born September 6, 1988. She is a Legal Practitioner who was called to Bar in 2013, a student and an entrepreneur. Mary has an LL.B Second Class Honours from Benson Idahosa University 2011, Benin City. B.L. Second Class Honour from Nigerian Law School Abuja 2013.

Mary, after her training with Alternative Dispute Resolution at Policy and Law Reform Centre, Benin Nigeria, on September 1, 2011 to October 31, 2011, kicked-start her career sometime in 2012 as a Research Assistant with the Legal Unit at Agency of Science and Technology Federal Capital Territory Abuja, where she participated in various activities at the Agency, which includes Legal Secretariat Duties, Report/Minutes Writing and Legal Academic Duties. She also a Member of the consulting team responsible for the organization of the seminar for the Agency.

Mary was the Head of Chambers at Abba Global Legal Services before she was established by her principal and now the Principal of May Legal Consults. She is fully into Legal Practice with representation before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, Federal High Court, the State High Courts and other specialized Courts in disputes relating to Administrative Law, Torts, Commercial transactions, Banking and Insurance, Building and Construction Contracts, Employment, Landlord and Tenant, Personal Injury and Damage to Property, Title, Possession and Trespass to Land, Real Property, Corporate Practices, Recovery of Debts (for renowned financial Organisations and Institutions which includes AMCON, CBN, NDIC, etc), Government Agencies and individuals and Enforcement of all forms of Guarantees.

Mary is a student of University of Abuja with her LL.M in View. She has also undergone numerous training (in and outside the country) on Legal Services, Emotional Intelligence Devices, Debt Recovery, Book Keeping and Office Management, Customer Relationship Management and Corporate Secretary. She furthers undertakes pro bono cases as part of her Humanitarian Services.

Usman Jibril

ASSOCIATE

Usman Jibril is a systems analyst and an independent researcher. He has been writing professionally since 2013. He is an editor for academia.edu and worked as a research assistant in 2014, and also as a network administrator in 2015. His interests also include MIS, computer networks and data analytics.

He is currently the Head, IT and Research at Lawmatics Consult Ltd. He is a Mathematics major and received his Management Information Systems degree cum laude from Cyprus International University, Nicosia, in 2014.
